1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a vehicle through HURDRIVE, you agree to these Terms of Service and our rental policies.
2. Eligibility
Self-drive renters must hold a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old. Additional identification may be required.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are held for a limited payment window. Payment is made via GCash and must be verified by our team before a booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds for approved payments are processed manually by our team.
5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with posted mileage limits, rental policies, and applicable traffic laws.
6. Liability
Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, subject to the deposit and any selected insurance add-ons.
